Patio or driveway drainage is an important factor with the planning and construction of your driveway or patio.
A Linear drainage system might be advised for your project. This is a drainage system which is situated along the full length of your patio or driveway, instead of being located at one particular point, such as a gully might be sited. A majority of linear drainage systems are variations on the design of a channel usually enclosed, often with a cross section in the form of a "U" shape which is coverd over the top with grating.
The range of available linear drainage systems is vast. The drainage system recommended for private pathways, driveways and patio's are for example: half-metre or metre-long polymer concrete units.
